CALL OUT FOR DEAF, DISABLED & NEURODIVERGENT WRITERS

NEWBUILD is a developing platform to showcase, champion and connect deaf, disabled and neurodivergent writers with other creatives. It is a place to develop new writing for live performance and share your work.

Whether you write lyrics, poetry, scripts, performance art or anything in between, you’re welcome to join our free workshops in Manchester and online.

NEWBUILD is building a creative network, bringing writers together, celebrating their work and working towards a live showcase.

FREE monthly writer’s gatherings and meet ups online and in-person starting in November

Monthly from Friday 6th November, 12.30–2.30, 53two Studios (we will meet at 53two theatre beforehand)

ONLINE

Monthly from Friday 20th November, 6pm–8pm, Zoom
BSL interpretation for all online and in-person workshops provided on request.
